TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

By registering and accepting DP America Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and all information and details provided are your correct, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party. If we suspect fraudulent account activity or behavior, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.

If you wish to contact us please either email info@dpamerica.com. Our core Customer Services Team are available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm GMT (except official holidays). Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do operate an email system so all email will be dealt with in the order received.

Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days. The customer will be informed of all progress.

This website is operated by DP America DBA, we are registered in USA, and our registered office is located at 6614 Carlsbad Rio, San Antonio, TX 78233.

Offers and Promotions

Only one promotional code can be used per order and any promotions or offers cannot be added after the order has been placed. Please see individual offers for further details. Please note that not some promotions are country specific and not available in all territories.

Free Gifts

Free gifts are only available during specific promotional periods, whilst stocks last. Cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative and no free gift is exchangeable or refundable. Unless stated customers cannot choose the free gift they will receive. All free gifts are subject to availability and non-transferable. Free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order. By taking advantage of this offer you are accepting the above terms and conditions.

Subscription

Subscription is available on selected products as highlighted on the product page. Subscription is only available at the frequencies listed on the product page. You must have a DP America account to subscribe to a product. All subscription details can be viewed in the ‘Subscription’ section in your account. Changes can be made to your subscription within your account at any time but please allow 24 hours for any changes to be processed. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Prices of products on subscription may vary.

SECURITY

DP America website is secured by secure sockets layer (SSL). All card payments are processed using secure electronic payment solutions. Data processors or service providers will not share your personal information with any other organization without our approval. They will also hold the data securely and retain it for the period we instruct.

 

DELIVERY

We are still currently offering standard and express delivery, but cargo companies have informed us that there may be some delays to deliveries. They are still delivering over 92% of parcels on time, but please bear with us for the deliveries that may take a little longer to get to you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM

If you’re not satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unopened products to us. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the terms below.

Please return your item within 30 days of receiving and we will offer you a full refund to your original payment method, at the price you paid for the product. Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order. Buyer pays return cargo fees.

 

RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged or an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service via the email address within 30 days of receiving your order. Make sure you do not dispose of any broken items as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. We ask you to send faulty items back to us. Once we receive the faulty item, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

 

ORDERS

DP America only sells 100% genuine products. We do not sell any fakes.

During Stock Take there may be a slight delay in order processing but orders will still be delivered within advertised delivery times.

Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colors on some items, in particular (but not limited to), cosmetic items, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.

All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.

DP America does not operate a price-matching policy.

The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.

We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. DP America will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.

Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. DP America reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of ordering may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, DP America reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.

DP America reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.

Fragrance Direct reserves the right to withdraw, restrict use of promotional codes, and restrict use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.

Once an order has been placed, DP America are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.

If DP America is unable to fulfill part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. DP America will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the United Kingdom these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.

DP America reserves the right to leave blank any gift cards which are deemed to contain offensive or inappropriate language.
