Warranty and Policy

In product return transactions, the provisions of the law on consumer protection are applied. Buyers are entitled to withdraw within 7 days. The consumer cannot use his right of withdrawal for the products which are produced according to the special demands of the consumer or which are customized by making changes on them. Products that meet this definition will not be returned.

If you make a refund without notification, your return will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received. The orders you want to return, as sent to you, product, invoice, waybill, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials must be sent to the address we will tell you in full.

During the return shipment, the customer is responsible for any damages caused by the cargo companies or the customer performing the return process, for the deterioration of the documents and materials sent with the product or for any other derogating circumstances. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, of the original invoice are not returned. After the return is received, it is examined by the experts whether the return conditions are fulfilled. If the return is approved, it will be returned as paid within 7 days. In refunds made by the consumer using the right of withdrawal, the seller has paid the amounts paid to the cargo company for the delivery of the product.

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM

If you’re not satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unopened products to us. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the terms below.

Please return your item within 7 days of receiving and we will offer you a full refund to your original payment method, at the price you paid for the product. Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order. Buyer pays return cargo fees.

RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged or an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service via the email address within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure you do not dispose of any broken items as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. We ask you to send faulty items back to us. Once we receive the faulty item, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
